EscapeGoat #1 Covers
So the first issue of my new creator-owned comic The Intrepid EscapeGoat is about to hit stores. CRAZY. I couldn’t be more excited about this new series, and can’t wait to hear what folks think. I actually created two variant covers (and one new comic strip) for the first issue, to be sold in specific shops in different parts of the country. Here’s a look at those images, along with the final cover to EG#1 (all colors by Mike DeVito):

Had a great time at the NYCC, saw lots of old friends and new Stuff of Legend fans — thanks to everyone who dropped by to say hi! The show was absolutely packed on Saturday, so to avoid the crowds I kept sneaking over to visit good pals Jacob and Chris in Artist’s Alley (who were kind enough to rent me a chair for nothing). Great guys, better cartoonists! I doodled this doodle while hanging with them:

TSOL: The Jungle #2 Cover by CPWilson III
Anyone attending the NYCC this weekend, I’ll be signing all 3 days at the Th3rd World Studios booth. Rumor has it we’re situated near the video game folks, so if I’m not sitting at the table you know where to find me. We’ll have the new issue of The Stuff of Legend (The Jungle #2) for sale, as well as some Con exclusive prints and books. This latest issue has been getting some pretty amazing reviews:
